Day Two: Iroquois to St-alexandre, Quebec ~ July 2nd, 2009

Day two we left Jamie’s parents at 5 am headed East toward Quebec. We drove about 7 hours and got to the campsite around noon. We set up, and just as we finished the rain starting coming down. It basically kept on coming all night and then the next morning and it was still coming down when we left. We all sat packed into the trailer all afternoon, nothing to do in the pouring rain. The kids were bored and discouraged. We shivered and froze the entire night damp and cold. It was pretty bad actually. We got up the next morning in the rain, packed the car in the rain, and left soaked and cranky. Here’s hoping that by the time we get to Moncton it will be sunny and dry!
